With their sales to garden centres in 2011 up by over 100%, solar garden product specialist, Smart Solar is celebrating an outstanding year. From a range that includes lighting, water features and aquatics, the high growth has been in decorative lighting, an area in which the firm has invested heavily in product development and merchandising.

Smart Solar’s decorative lighting collection is a garden ornament by day and a light by night, which makes them doubly attractive to consumers. Jonathan adds, “Our new range of decorative lighting has brought in sales all year round and gives garden centres additional opportunity to sell solar products during the autumn months.”
