What a relief to be playing golf on a lovely sunny day – particularly for fair weather golfers such as myself.
Some would argue with calling myself a golfer at all, being a once a year player, but my team skipper awarded me the accolade of “most improved player” this time round – high praise indeed. Felt a bit like a little child who has been given a sticker stating “Well done for trying…”
Looking forward to next year already.
